Where is my data stored?

Your protein entries, goals, profile inputs, presets, and preferences are stored locally on your device. Protein Core does not require an account and does not keep a server copy of your protein log.

How do I restore Pro?

Open Protein Core, go to Settings, open Protein Core Pro, and choose Restore Purchases. Use the same Apple account that made the purchase.

Why is the quick-add widget locked?

The progress widgets are free. The interactive quick-add widget is a Pro feature. After purchasing or restoring Pro, open the app once so it can refresh the widget's access state.

Why is my purchase not appearing?

  1. Confirm that you are signed into the Apple account that made the purchase.
  2. Confirm that the device has an internet connection and can access the App Store.
  3. Open Protein Core and choose Restore Purchases.
  4. Open the app again so its StoreKit entitlement and widget state can refresh.
